The first floor is accessed via a staircase from the kitchen and features a unique tower shaped shower room which is ensuite to bedroom 2. The master bedroom, with 6' king size bed, also has an ensuite bathroom with floor to ceiling sliding doors with outstanding views to the sea.

All rooms have patio doors to terraced areas for private sunbathing.

The outside area around the pool is mainly paved providing extensive areas for sunbathing, both in the sun or in the shade.
